Children, now- a-days love to have snacks, and if they are provided with nutritious snacks such as snacks made of chicken, it will be beneficial for their health. As children involved in extra-curricular activities such as sports, they need more potential and calories that can only be attained through healthy and nutritious dishes that can boost their energy level. Everyone from children to adult, enjoy snacking every time because they are usually nutrient-rich and have low-calories in them. Here, I am telling you about the secrets of some easy chicken recipes that you can use for snacks.

Thai chicken balls:


2 pounds ground chicken

1 cup dry bread crumbs

Four green onions (sliced)

1 tbsp ground coriander seed

1 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

Oil for frying


In a large bowl, mix chicken and bread crumbs and season it with green onion, coriander seed, cilantro, lemon juice, chili sauce and mix it well. By using damp hands, make evenly shaped balls from a mixture of normal size. Pour some oil in a pan and fry these chicken balls until they are golden brown. The easy chicken balls recipe is ready, serve it with chutney.

Easy baked chicken wings:


3 pounds chicken wings

Two eggs (beaten)

½ cup all-purpose flour for coating

¾ cup oil for frying

¼ cup margarine

6 tbsp soy sauce

6 tbsp water

2 cups white sugar

1 cup vinegar

2 tbsp monosodium glutamate (MSG)


Preheat oven to 175 degrees C, then pour beaten eggs into a shallow dish the flour in another one. On a medium high flame, heat oil, and margarine, in a large deep pot. Now, at first Dip wings in egg, then in flour and finally fry until they are browned all over and crisp. Lay browned wings in a baking dish and bake in the pre-heated oven for 1 hour.

To make sauce, mix water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and MSG in a small bowl. Blend them well and pour sauce over chicken. Now, serve this easy chicken wings with sauce.

Mom’s sticky chicken:


3 pounds chicken (cut into small chunks)

1 tbsp garlic salt or to taste

2 eggs

2 cups cornstarch

1 cup vegetable oil for frying

1 cup white sugar

½ cup vinegar

¼ cup water

¼ cup ketchup

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp hot pepper sauce


Sprinkle the garlic salt over the whole chicken and put it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes or 1 hour. Pour beaten eggs into a shallow dish and put cornstarch in another. Dip each piece of chicken in egg and then coat the chicken piece with cornstarch. In a deep pan, heat oil over a medium-high flame and fry these chicken pieces until the crust is golden brown. Then, pre-heat oven to 175 degrees C and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place these chicken pieces into baking dish. Now, to make a sauce, over medium heat mix together the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, ketchup and hot pepper sauce in a saucepan until the mixture boils and the sugar dissolved. Pour this sauce over chicken and bake it for 40 minutes. Sticky chicken recipe is ready to be consumed.
